LAC Principal's Corner: February Edition

Letter from Leadership
What an exciting season for our school community! We are thrilled tos hare that we officially broke ground on the future home of our campus. This milestone represents growth, vision, and the continued commitment to providing an excellent learning environment for our students. Watching our students and staff celebrate this moment was truly special, and we are grateful to each of you who support our mission every day.

This groundbreaking is more than construction. It is a promise of what is ahead for our scholars and families. We look forward to the opportunities this new space will create and the legacy we are building together.

We captured some wonderful moments from the event, and we invite you to view additional photos here.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. The best is still ahead!

Climate Surveys: 3rd & 4th Grade
Our annual Climate Survey is now open, and we are inviting all 3rd and 4th grade families to participate. Your feedback helps us strengthen our school culture, improve communication, and continue creating the best possible learning environment for our students.

Core Virtue: Compassion
This month, we are highlighting compassion as our core virtue. Compassion means noticing when someone is hurting or in need and choosing to respond with kindness and care. We encourage our students to practice compassion daily through their words, actions, and support for others.

Congratulations to Grayson, our Core Virtue Champion! Grayson shows a caring heart by apologizing when needed, demonstrating kindness towards classmates, and taking responsibility for his actions. We are proud of the compassion he models each day.
