Requirements:
In order for your child to attend school, you must provide a valid SC Certificate of Immunization or a valid exemption, which includes a medical exemption issued by a physician or a religious exemption obtained from the health department.

The SC Department of Public Health determines and publishes the required school entry immunizations on a yearly basis.

Students who are not in compliance with the state-required immunizations may be excluded from school until they receive the required immunizations and/or provide a medical or religious exemption to the school. Please contact your child’s school nurse for information or assistance regarding your child’s immunization status.
